Refund & Cancellation Policy

For one-time projects (e.g. website development), an advance payment secures your slot and covers initial work. The advance is non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund of the advance within 7 days of payment, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domain or hosting purchases).

Monthly retainers cover ongoing services delivered throughout the month. Retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing month has started and services have been rendered.

You may cancel a retainer with at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. No further charges will apply after the notice period is honoured.

Amounts paid to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) as advertising spend are non-refundable, as these funds are paid directly to the platforms. Our management fee covers the setup and optimisation of campaigns, not the media spend itself.

A refund may be considered only where there is a clear, documented failure on our part to deliver the agreed scope, and only for the portion of work affected. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Any applicable gateway or processing fees may be deducted.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our contact email or via WhatsApp. Cancellations take effect from the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
