You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. You must not introduce viruses, scrape content, or use automated tools to harm the site.

We provide digital marketing services including website development, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, search engine optimisation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement agreed with you.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and assets, and approvals needed for us to deliver services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and results.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content, brand assets, and permissions for any materials you supply to us.

Fees are as agreed in your proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Upon full payment, you own the custom assets we create for you (websites, creatives, content), subject to any third-party licences. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our website content, branding, and methodology remain our intellectual property.

Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) whose terms and policies apply independently. We are not responsible for changes these platforms make that affect performance or availability.

While we use industry best practices, digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period in your agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
